Millie’s always dreamt of being American, thanks to an obsession with US Television shows. As the only English girl on campus, she realises that she could live her very own American dream: joining a sorority and bagging an all American boyfriend. Only when Millie finds a friend in Kristen, she alienates Casey and Jen, the sorority girls who’d taken her under their wing. Millie discovers that Casey is not a woman to be crossed, and she soon finds herself living an American nightmare with her scholarship under threat, and the all American boyfriend ending things before they really start.

The prequel to Milile and the American Wedding, find out where it all began, and join Millie, Kristen and Rob at an American University.

Aaarrrrggghhhhh Millie is back in America and back causing mayhem. This time though its way back when. Way back before Millie and the American wedding. This is Millie at the start of her American journey!

Could there be anything better than basically reading about someone's university adventures when it is nothing but fraternity parties, drinking games, sex, bitches, lies, vendettas & falling in love? This is exactly what you get in Millie and the American university. It is totally a fast-paced, book of joy that has you giggling, pouting at the pages, rolling your eyes, getting angry and more than all of them put together has you smiling. It's honestly a fantastic read.

I loved that the lovely English rose that is Millie unexpectedly and being news to herself becomes Millie the sex crazed nymph who's collecting frat letters while flashing her boobs, signing balls and taking apple pie shots! It's just ridiculously crazy.
As crazy as it is though it has some lovely romantic parts too it as well. And as you all know I'm not someone who does the whole corny lines and soppyness, but when these words "It's beautiful" "Just like you are" popped up in this book my heart did a flutter and I did the whole awww with the crunched up eye face that accompanies it.
Yeah either I'm getting soppy in my old age or this book has been written with brilliant care and detail. I'm definitely going with the latter.

Get yourself a copy of this book to cheer you up if you're feeling a bit low after a crappy day. Be warned though if you haven't already read Millie and the American wedding I guarantee you will be reading that too.
